This project pushed our cost boundaries, when working on an old building there are always surprises, and our anticipated cost increased by 30%. We took an old, dilapidated hotel and converted it into a nine-bedroom professional shared accommodation. Our £150k spend include a new roof, electrical, fire alarm system, heating system, major structural alteration, new argon-filled double glazing and seven en-suite bedroom.
