RUBEX Properties Ltd and RUBEX Developments Ltd are family companies owned and managed by me, Garfield Reece. I have spent many years educating, developing and growing my experience in property investment and personal development. I have been trained by some of the leading property educators in the UK. I have proven and tested the property investing concept with my own financial resources, before inviting other like-minded investors to share in my success.

I operate based on an investor providing the capital for the development. I provide the sourcing, knowledge and project execution — profits being shared following the Joint Venture Agreement on each project.

My investors have the option of either being completely hands-off or being involved during the project stages. 


A house in multiple occupations is a property rented out by at least three people who are not from one ‘household’ (eg a family) but share facilities like the bathroom and kitchen. It’s sometimes called a ‘house share’.

Garfield has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His early skill was as a carpenter. Following his apprenticeship, he moved into construction engineering then project management. He has extensive experience in commercial building, building new houses, refurbishment, and concrete structures. His core skills include project management, mechanical, electrical, building engineering and commercial awareness.

In practice, Garfield has managed construction projects with a value ranging from £200K to £15 million.

Garfield attained a Construction Engineering and Management degree from Westminster University, London.

Although Garfield has been investing in properties since 2000, he believes education is key to success in any business. He has therefore accomplished extensive property investment training in 2014.
