We operate on the basis of an investor providing the capital for the development and we provide the sourcing, knowledge and project execution – profits being shared in accordance with the Joint Venture Agreement on each project.
Our investors have the option of either being completely hands-off or being involved during the project stages.

Garfield has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. His early skill was as a carpenter; following his apprenticeship he moved into construction engineering then project management. He has extensive experience in commercial building, building new houses, refurbishment, and concrete structures. His core skills include project management, mechanical, electrical, building engineering and commercial awareness.
In practice, Garfield has managed construction projects with the value ranging from £200K to £15 million.
Garfield attained a Construction Engineering and Management degree from Westminster University, London.
Although Garfield has been investing in properties since 2000, he believes education is key to success in any business; he has therefore accomplished extensive property investment training in 2014.
Garfield is the co-founder of RUBEX Properties Ltd, a multi-million-pound portfolio.
Prior to working in properties, Anne worked in the pharmaceutical industry for a number of years and has a BSc (Hons) in Biology.
In 2009 Anne became company Director of Rubex Energy Ltd, a company that provided all aspects of gas and heating services, and over the next 5 years built a very profitable and successful business from the ground up. To facilitate the business Anne acquired AAT Level 4 in Accounting, a skill that proves important for any business.
The opportunity to move into property investing came about in 2014 and having undergone extensive training, including becoming an accredited Landlord, Anne is now putting her skills of developing systems and working with people into building a property portfolio of buy to lets and HMO’s, alongside collaborating with other investors and developers for larger projects.
